Day Camp With Tiago's Class

This is Tiago's class getting ready to start their day camp. This is his Teacher Isabel. They played lots of fun games.

Jessica and Timothy are helping in the skit. Rogerio then sharing with them about obeying your parents from Ephesians. God has a great plan for their life and he wants them to obey their parents.

All the kids loved climbing the boxes. One boy and girls were able to climb 9 boxes. This is Tiago's teacher. She was a great sports to try!

Rebeca was trying to participate. She is suppose to have the sock covering her eyes but it is covering her nose.

Bad Hair Day

English Class at the School

This is the 2nd year class at the school. We are having our English class they are learning Veggie and fruits. This is the 1st year class. They are busy at work. They get a foul called on them if they are not doing what they need to be doing. If they get five fouls they do not get a treat at the end of the class. On Thursday afternoon I have three more classes and then on Tues three classes. It has been very challenging for me. Challenges are good, right!

Happy Birthday Ashley!!

This is my precious niece Ashley who turned 6 today!! Happy Birthday to you. Last year we got to be at her birthday party which we are so thankful. In this picture we are eating smores together. This is at Ashley and Sidney's basketball game. We loved watching you two play

Opening our Box from Grandma

We opened our box from Grandma to find RED LICORISH and Maple Flavoring. We love Red Licorish in our house here. Everyone got to try some.

Maple Flavoring

Thank you mom for the Maple Flavoring. We were all so thankful to eat waffles. You see we had a big group for breakfast and everyone loved the waffles. Mateus had never had them before so fun to see if he liked them or not. He did like them. You see we can not buy syrup here so we make the syrup from Maple Flavoring. It is not as thick. I really like it because you can make it very maple tasting This day I made four recipes of Waffle to have some left over for later

Evening at the Mall

Last night we went to the shopping center in Campinas with the group just to walk around and havea snack. We forgot that it was Sat night and Brazilians love to go to the mall on Sat night. It was packed but we walked and found a table to eat and visit for the evening. This is Tais and Stephanie

We did not plan it but the three of us had on pink.

The two friends: Mateus did not go home yet. He went to church with us this morning and then came home with us.

Starbucks in Brazil

Guess where Jessica and I are....... Starbucks I got to drink a nice vanilla latte last night. Although I did have to go back and have the guy put more vanilla in it. In the big mall in Campinas they have just opened a new Starbucks. We do not go very much to this mall that is about 45 minutes away but when we do I know what I will be eating. I did just have a coffee. Although I was tempted by the expresso brownie, I was not going to spend R$6 to buy one. The guy helping me said wow you have on high shoes. I said I do not have on high heels!!!!
