Church Christmas Program

Our church put on a tremedous Christmas production this year. Our four kids got to be in it. Singing, dancing, and acting Rebeca was a star. This was one of the wisemen that came in when she was dancing. Tiago and his friends did a great job.

These were all the Sunday school teachers who helped with the kids.

This is Elisa. There were four adult that helped the kids with the singing. They did some of the solos and are amazing singers. Elisa and her husband are missionary and work with soccer.

Rebeca recieved her treat at the end of the program. She was the youngest in the program and loved it. Did her dancing and knew the other dances too.

These are some of the adults that did the play part of the program. It was about a circus and very new and interesting way to tell about Jesus and the story of his birth. I loved it.

Stephanie's Graduation 4th Grade

Here is Brazil the kid in the 4th grade have a graduation becuase fifth grade they study with the older kids 5th - 8th grade. So this was the graduation for Stephanie. I was also there as their English teacher. She enjoyed this night. Nobady told me that it was very formal night. All the teachers were wearing very fancy dresses. I was just happy that I did not appear in jeans and the school t- shirt!! Stephanie with the director of the school.

Sugar cookie night

This night we mad e sugar cookies. Timothy had a party at the church to go to so that is why he is all dressed up.

We wondered where Rebeca ball of dough was the she was cutting out and then we realized that she had eaten it!!

School Year End Party

This was the Hawaian Christmas party at the school for the end of the year. This is one of the directors of the school with Tiagp and friends.

I was there as a parent and also teacher so had a shirt on too. Lots of the families came but each family pays for a ticket to come. Nothing is payed for at a private school.

Champions

Timothy's team in Americana won the championship. I am behind in blogging so this was a couple weeks ago. He did a good job as point guard and wing on his team. Always looking to make the best pass and scoring when he had the opportunity.

Everyone that went to watch. These are all his friends from Nova Odessa. We laugh because nobody knows just how many kids we really do have???? Because of our van we can always have lots with us. That is what we are here to do spend time with kids encouraging them to know God.

Last Day of Basketball Activities

This was last Wednesday. We had the last day of basketball for the year. Practices will start up again in February after the summer break. The kids got to play lots of games and then we ate ice cream. There were about 50 kids involved so we are giving thanks to God for the kids that got invovled this year. They played a little bit of basketball.

Priscila shared the gospel using this board and coloring the picture. It was very interesting. Timothy was helping hold.

Happy Birthday Sidney!

Sidney my niece is turning 9 today! Tiago and her are just a month apart. Happy Birthdya Sidney we are so thankful for your life. Here she is playing basketball! A girl after my own heart:) She does a great job too.
